One thing I *have* learned is that it is all about portion control as
well as exercise.

Hmmm. That is going to take a little working out.

We have OHIP up here in Ontario. You cannot get a membership
through that even with a doctor's recommendation as far as I know BUT
because I am on disability I can get a yearly membership at the YWCA
for $18.00 a month. They have a pool there. I'm leaving the house in
a few minutes to go down to sign up.

Oh, she's not a troll. She's just not well in the head. I'm sure she's
sincere about *wanting* to lose a couple hundred pounds, but I'm not so
sure she's ever going to pull it off. I hope for her sake that she
does.

Not mine, but the one's I get around here are! (compared to those big wooden

Yeah, but I'd rather do without most of the year and just have a "peach
fest" in the summer the day before attempting a century..... Works much
better that way....the rest of the time, berries do just fine...

Not when I eat them after a protein based meal
and keep it to 1 serving.

This is worse then a good dump.

I wish it never had. :-/

You can lose weight by dieting and not exercising (although you would be
losing more muscle than if you exercise).

If you try losing weight by exercising and don't control your diet, you are
unlikely to lose any weight. Moreover, at this stage, it would be trivial for
you to eat more than enough to make up for any exercise that you do.

My estimate would be diet: 90%, exercise 10%.

I agree that there are certain things we don't need to know.

It's bad enough when the men are being foul, but when the ladies start
it really reduces their femininity and attractability, even if is
non-PC style stereotyping.
