Hi,

I have often heard that jogging causes heart problems.

How far it is true ??

The heart is a muscle and in some cases can be damaged by being abused. In
that sense someone who pushed to hard might cause some damage but it is
unlikely.

For probably 99.999% of the population exercising the heart on a regular
basis will not cause any problems and will improve it's condition.

And if you've been told that the heart only has a fixed number of beats then
doing the math proves you live longer with exercise since the number of
beats will be a lot less over time if you exercise.

I don't think that it's true.Just 30 minutes of jogging jogging helps you to reduce heart diseases. Aerobic exercise involving running at an easy pace. Jogging (1967) by Bill Bowerman and W.E. Harris boosted jogging's popularity for fitness, weight loss, and stress relief. or cycling can significantly reduce the risk early death from heart disease, say researchers.During the study, researchers offered patients 12 weeks of exercise classes of 30 or 40 minutes of walking, rowing or jogging and were given advice on diet and lifestyle improvements. The study showed that in just three months it reduced the risk of early death by 60 per cent, reports the Daily Express.

I do agree that jogging does not cause harmful to heart. But I have read and heard the it manages to have great heart beating instead of before this exercise. However you must be in balance with your exercise,Excess of every thing is bad.
