Hi All,

Healthy eating is not about harsh nutrition way of life, staying idealistically thin, or depriving yourself of the foods you love. Rather, it’s bout feeling excellent, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as doable – all which can be achieved by knowing some nutrition basics and adding them in a way that works for you. Regards,
Sharron

I agree. Staying fit means staying healthy and happy. You can still eat the foods you love to eat only with moderation for the food that will give you bad fats.. regular exercise plus a healthy lifestyle will definitely give you a healthy and fit body that will make you happy..
