| I was doing becnh press with 2 dumbells on a slight incline. As I was
pushing very hard for the
second set, suddenly there was like a pull on the left side of my
head. Since then, I have a
slight headache and it is not going away. It has been 3 days. Has this
happened to anyone?

Never heard of this! The human body is really funny. The weirdest
"injury" I've ever got was stepping on a pressure point, evidently, in
the ball of my foot, which triggered a very sharp pain there, as well
as a ticklish sensation on my left shoulder!
Hey, while we're on the subject...anyone know why your eyelid starts
"jumping" all of a sudden? Or a muscle in your leg starts
twitching.... >> Stay informed about: Headache while doing freehand bench press |

Did it deadlifting a few times some years ago. Had to learn not to
tighten my neck too much during deads. Although it felt like an
aneurism or something at the time, it subsided and never returned
after I learned to relax that area. >> Stay informed about: Headache while doing freehand bench press |

Your symptoms suggest that a tumour has reared its ugly head.

Yes.
To you.
You strained a muscle. Maybe the sternocleidomastoid. Take some ibuprofen
and rest it a few days.

I thought that was the medical term for an ear candle. >> Stay informed about: Headache while doing freehand bench press |

Dunno, but it always used to be that when i did upright rows, my top lip
would curl up like i was snarling. Doesn't seem to happen any more.

For me it is blood-pressure related. Drinking alcohol, even 12 ounces
of wine the previous day.. can cause enough pressure in my head to
make me back off the squats. Even at bodyweight, too many times too
fast.. it sucks! >> Stay informed about: Headache while doing freehand bench press |
