I work night shifts now, so this is pretty much my routine.
It helps during the workweek to keep it up somewhat over weekends.

Hello Om - the limey is luckier than I am today as he is still mid morning
when in Oz it is nearly 8M - you must be starting Sunday over there -
nice to have a kind of "indian summer" day to charge up your batteries.
(grilled duck mmmmm nothing better - especially with a good sauce and wild
mushrooms!) - have a great day!

Hmmmm... Thanks for the mushroom sauce suggestion.
That's a good idea!

I had done a lemon marinade and was just going to serve it with a side
of mushrooms and brocolli done with dill.

I'm spared that debatable delight as I am up and out long before dear
Joyce arrives; we love her dearly and she has been with us a very long
time, but she is not possessed of the face and figure of one's dreams!

However, her daughter is an altogether different kettle of fish, but
we only see when she pops round to help Mum on high days and
holidays!! ;o)
