Finally i found a good web based fitness log that i can use for my
fitness and strength training. There are no ads and it is FREE. For
those that have looked and never found a good one this is recommended.

Also, check out http://www.onlinefitnesslog.com/ - same concept, but with many more features and also FREE! (ad supported, but not too intrusive)
