I live in the San Fernando Valley (LA), does anyone know of a
qualified, experienced flexibility coach in this area? Not yoga or
pilates, but standard stretching (PNF, isometric, etc.). I'm satisfied
with my strength and cardio training, but I need help loosening
up...Thanks!

I believe Mike Mahler, http://www.mikemahler.com, is in your area. I
don't think he does this sort of thing but he might, and if he doesn't,
he probably can recommend someone. I also don't know how close or far
this may be to you - http://home.ironcorelajolla.com - but these folks,
most of whom I've met in person as well, would also be able to help you.
And they will also be able to show you ways to train strength and
flexibility together, that is, to build flexible strength that's useable
and demonstrable in extreme positions. All first rate folks, and please
say hello from me if you get in touch with any of them.
