Have you done the math on what you've been eating? My guess is that
maintenance is probably midway or thereabouts between what you eat when
bulking and what you eat when cutting. Mostly weights and a little
cardio to go along with that should keep you where you are.
The easiest "maintenance' plan there is might also be the simplest - get
on the scale every morning. If you weigh too much, eat less, and if you
weigh too little, eat more. You do have to learn to adjust for things
like extra salt and/or carbs, which show up as weight gain that will
disappear in a day or two, but this is the way some of us keep our
weight constant for long periods of time.
