check out my cutting diet - Here is a typical day. Due to my schedule I can only get three meals in a day instead of the more optimal 5 or 6. Breakfast 4 extra large eggs fried(I use cooking spray to minimize fat calories) 2 slices wheat bread 2 cups of 1% milk Lunch Roast beef.

Post subject: Fat and Cholesterol - Our Friends or Enemies?

We may have doubts,
whether fat is our friend or foe?,
are some fats better than some others?,
will too much of fat cause heart disease?,
are cholesterol and fat are one and the same?.
The answer to all these doubts is"YES".

that article kind of reminds me of the low carb http://www.drugdelivery.ca/s31185-s-ATKINS-ANSWER-VIDEOS.aspx (atkins diet) i tried a few monhts ago.

"Fat as well as cholesterol are our friends when managed well, and like all friends, can become our enemies when mis-treated."

What most people dont understand who are severe dieters cutting out all fats is that you will lost more weight with a balanced diet that includes Fat and Cholesterol.
