Exercise is a good practice. you want to say that you want to exercise but you are not ready to do exercise. so my suggestion that you must start exercise little time . day by day increase your time and daily minimum 1 or 1and 1/2 hour do exercise and take advise good trainer.

Doesn’t matter you love or hate to do exercise but if you want to look fit and avoid many physical diseases then you should do 30 min to 1 hour physical work regularly.
