Do you use EMS toning pad machines ?

If you do, you will know how hard it is to find the conducting gel that you
need to make them work properly. Water alone is not good enough.

Why would you want use this sort of machine anyway??? Do it the old
fashioned way and do Ab crunches and good old Cardio, most of all diet,
and watch what you eat.
