I have been using www.sparkpeople.com it is free and very good also.

Are you familiar with Excel? It's a Microsoft Office spreadsheet
application. You can get the information from food labels & enter it into a
spreadsheet in Excel. From there, 30 minutes of reading through the help
section should get you the knowledge you need to manipulate the data as
required and add some simple formulae as required.
