It's almost a complete body workout in one move. <g>
I got sore glutes and traps from them.

I personally LOVE heavy deadlifting but cannot do them at the moment. I
miss them.

Now that I'm seriously feeling so much better, I need to ask the Chiro'
about deadlifts.
