Hey all,
So I'm fairly new to this blog, but have literally spent the last 3 weeks doing research on diets, health, supplements, ANYTHING I can get my hands on.
I am actually starting my 'diet' today, and have even posted a 'before' picture on my blog.
I have been receiving hundreds of emails of people who are tuning in and even some who are keeping me up to date with THEIR progress!
So I just wanted to say thanks
You've given me the motivation to help myself, and hopefully help others
