I use a low carb KD to burn the deposits of fat off my still obese ass
etc.
Once in awhile I get sick to death of it and go to Taco Bell or Church's
Chicken depending on my mood.
When I do this, I gain 5 to 8 lbs. literally overnight and my lifting
ability is 10% or so above norm. It takes a week to lose the water
weight due to the sudden Glycogen (and sodium) storage.
When I cheat on my diet, I gain weight and strength and the strength
gains do not go down significantly when I behave myself and re-shed the
water/glycogen weight.
That's all I know. I don't do it on purpose, I'm just a normal human
being that gets sick of living on a "plan" once in awhile, but I take
note of what happens when I do it.
Cheers!
