This sounded odd to me, but I had heard from 2 different regular
lifters recently about their intent to use creatine to assist in fat
loss? My own personal experience with creatine is that I tend to not
lose weight while cycling on it. Has anyone tried to use creatine for
fat loss and done so successfully? I'm not worried about the increased
water retention from creatine use, that can be dealt with relatively
easily, more so than cutting fat off the body. Thanks.
