Hi All,
Lately I have noticed that I have to lift up the hood to see the
engine. I am trying to lose some fat around the belly. I have heard
that light jogging before breakfast in the morning is best to shed fat.
No carbs to burn, fat gets burn in your fat burning zone heart-rate.
But I have also read (Men's Health) that jogging before you intake food
in the morning does not burn fat but breaks down muscle. Which is it?
Also, I heard that you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.
But I have lost weight and increased strength. I dare say that my pecs
are larger and my waist is smaller. I have been on a diet for 1.5
months.Water,8:30am 45 minutes cardio. 10 am Small breakfast. 12am
Small Lunch. 12:30 Lift Weights 45 minutes. 1:30 Small Lunch. 4:30
snack. 6pm 2 hours of Rock Climbing. 8pm Regular Dinner. I have lost
8lbs. My bench is higher and my lower pecs are definitely larger. Is
this right? But lately, my weight stayed the same. Still 8lbs less than
before I started, but I am trying to get stronger and I am still
getting stronger.
Thanks,
Khoi
