Hi,

I'm trying to get fitter and lose some weight, I have some fat on the
chest area I'd like to reduce, what is the best exercise to achieve
this?

Thank you

Liposuction Smile. Seriously, unfortunately we cannot predict where fat
will be lost. And it is best not to rely on exercise alone to reduce
fat. Fat reduction comes from a "calorie deficit": burning more
calories than consumed. Exercise is good, of course, because it burns
calories. It is also good to reduce calories and especially fat in
your diet, if you are not doing so already.

If you want to tone and strengthen the chest muscles (not necessarily
reduce fat there), various exercises might help. Among them: chest
press and chest fly. But I do not believe this will not reduce breast
size or tone breasts per se, if that is what you mean by "chest area".
(Although that point is subject to debate.)

It probably makes a difference whether you are male or female also. I am
guessing male, in which case reducing body fat in general will eventually
get it and when is up to your chromosomes.

Thanks guys, Already on a good exercise and diet plan I was just seeing
if I could target the particular area. I'll keep on with the fat
burning, cheers.
