Any good recommendations for DVDs for cardio step-aerobic workouts?
I'm male and lift weights so I'm not looking for "firming" or anything
else: it's just that I have a step but have no idea how to use it to
get my heart pumping!

Thanks

John

Check out Collage Video, www.collagevideo.com. They not only have just
about every exercise video known to man, they do a fantastic job of
categorizing, quantifying, rating and describing each so you can get a
decent idea of what to expect if you do buy a particular video.

Disclaimer: I have absolutely no connection to the company other than
as a satisfied customer.

Step with one foot, then the other, then step down with the first foot
and follow with the other. Repeat. With music at an appropriate tempo
and the step at an appropriate height, your heart rate will rise.

If your cable TV includes a channel called FitTV, you can watch programs
that do this sort of thing regularly and for free, and if you have DVR,
you can record them. Go to their site and search for STEP AEROBICS.
