Although humans a relative wusses in the Animal Kingdom (in terms of
physical accomplishments), I think I read that one thing we used to
excel, better than a lot of animals, is covering great distances at a
steady pace. Or did I completely grab the wrong end of that stick?
Something or other to do with being bipeds.

Of course processed food has put an end to that particular
accomplishment for most of the western world.

I could go over 500 miles on a tank in my old Celica if I kept to reasonable speeds.

All forms of exercise help to lose weight. There's nothing special about pole
dancing.

I don't understand the attraction to pole dancing, for men or women.
