Hi,
I'm too cheap for a gym membership, I like to exercise at home,
with dumbbells, and just pushups, and a sort of squat. But I'm looking
for a book with more ideas on low-impact 'stress' or 'resistance'
exercises, that don't take equipment beyond dumbbells.
Any stand out? Even good keywords to search on would be helpful.
Thanks,
Alex >> Stay informed about: Book recommendation for minimal-equipment, stress / resist.. |
