Archived from groups: misc>fitness>weights (more info?)

Anyone have this book? From Men's Health.

I have used the book for ref: for years and I think (there fore I am) going
to just work through chapters 14, 15 & 16 The next few months.

It looks like it will be a real good workout starting as a Beginner four
months then Intermediate for four months and Advanced for four months.

You do a different workout each time MWF. I like that and you can push as
hard or as easy as you want to do.

If you tie this in with Yoga/Pilates and Cycling TTS then you will have a
pretty good weekly routine, keep a nice burn, feel great, blood pressure
down, sugar down and feel big!!!

I am looking forward to this, makes me happy.
