If the purpose of this video is to bore the viewer to death, you've done
well. If you're trying to sell something, make it less than 1 minute, and
cut out that 2 minute still photo of the poster at the beginning. You need
to learn how to compose a video, dude. You've managed to make a dynamic
event into something boring.

Mack, thanks for your opinion. Its great that everybody has one. The
gym owner who requested the video, specified 5 minutes, and also wanted
mixed still shots and posing shots,; and the poster at the beginning
gives the details of the actual event. Those are the specs that I had
to work from. Any other specific tips, in relation to these specs and
what an expert like you would do, would be swell.
I appreciate your feedback.
