Last nights Birthday dinner (cooked for myself, the housemate and two
wonderful guests):

Simple spring green salad with baby spinach and cherry tomatoes added.
Choice of dressings were Balsamic vinaigrette or Olive Garden's Italian
dressing (they sell bottles of it at the restaurant if you ask):

Dinner was baked salmon fillet' with salt free lemon pepper, Basil,
fresh Dill Weed, Sesame seeds and lemon slices. 4 fillet's baked for 45
minutes at 375 (starting out in a cold oven) with just a bit of water in
the bottom of the pan for steaming.

Sides were steamed Asparagus, Tatuma squash and Mushrooms flavored only
with a little fresh dill weed, then Sautee'd Shrimps in a small amount
of butter and olive oil with lemon pepper, fresh dill, basil and
granulated garlic.

I also baked some brussel sprouts with the fish, but I don't care for
them so they are not on this plate which was mine.

Fresh meat for protein and fresh veggies for carbs and fiber.
Low carbing at it's delicious best. ;-d

That portion lasted me 2 meals...
Salad is filling!

I do like Lobster, but find Dungeness or King Crab to have more flavor,
but that's a personal preference. Wink

I do need to try a Gumbo one of these days as I can get Fresh Frozen
Crayfish tail meat locally. Okra is coming into season...
