Hi I am composing aerobic music at around 135 bpm.

Just trying to find out what tempo do you exercise too, do you have
warm up music if so for how long?

How long do you like the music tracks to be?

Thanks

Charles

I am interested too in composing my own music to my classes.
Do you do it on your own PC? If you want to share your technics please
email me.
Well if I teach beginners my music is around 130 bit less for the warm
up and cool down. If I teach intermediates that I use music with beats
around 135 always a bit less for warm up and cool down. I never felt the
need to use anything more robust.
