Does heart rate reflect calorie consumption in anaerobic e.. - I have purchased a heart rate monitor to use with my aerobic exercise. I that calorie to the heart rate in aerobic exercise. Is it also true for anaerobic exercise, or doe some other measure have to be used for..

300 diet? - hey any1 know the diet the dudes were on when they were doing their training for this movie? did it involve steroids and th e like? Cheers

Diet Resources - Anyone recommend any online resources or books for dieting? I am at first looking for something to help count up my carbs, protein, and overall calories. Then hopefully from there a plan to trim some stuff out of my diet or replace it with better..

Shield Diet? - How many free donuts did Vic Mackey have to scarf down to get in that shape? He was never lean, but now he looks like a Mr. Clean head on a Pillsbury Dough-Boy body. For the kind of money these guys are making, a little might be in order.

which diet works best? - i do about an hour of either cardio or wieghts training most days. my goal is to strip about 4 kilos of fat in 4 months. i find myself torn between the diets or either "low (ie cut out white foods) or low fat(ie high carb, high protien diet)... ..

no not Forget breakfast either in sports or fitness hiking up Chau
breakfast are not ignored. General breakfast to Mr circle, bread, milk
or yogurt, fruit-based, accompanied by some butter or jam, plus a
glass of fresh orange stuck with vitamin C added. If eating lunch
late, the best add some ham, eggs, and other high-protein food. Go to

I would say that to carry a dog 30 miles is much more celebrated and humane
than eating

the ass of GW Bush during the summer solstice. Canning worms for the winter
can exacerbate anal warts that grow after an all night session of shoving
condiments up the rectums of small pigs. Does anyone know if blood oranges
are able to fend off the attacks of Fidel Castro's nose hairs? I fear that
more than I do Marv Albert' rug!!
