Are you hunching up or something?
Are your shoulders tense, with the effort to hold your arms just-so?
Relax your shoulders so those muscles aren't the ones holding your arms in
position.
Also change your arm position from time to time -- swing around a bit, wave
back & forth, windmill, wiggle your shoulders around, etc. just to keep the
whole assemblage from getting stiff.
