Food is more powerful than any prescription weight loss pills, because
the food that you eat can either make you thin or fat. You don't get
fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth. You get fat because
you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day.
Also, the pattern that you choose to eat your meals each day is more
powerful than any prescription weight loss pills. This is true because
your body is like an "engine" and it only needs certain foods at
certain intervals each day, and if you don't eat the right foods at the
right times then it won't burn those calories -- and you'll wind up
storing those calories as fat tissue.
You have gotten overweight but eating the wrong foods, that much is a
fact. And guess what? You can get slim by eating the right foods at the
right intervals each day.
It's not really any more complicated than that, and the way to start
losing weight has nothing to do with starving yourself or jogging.

Low calorie diets do not work. The reason you cannot lose weight by
starving yourself (using a low calorie diet) is because your metabolism
will detect any major drop in calories and it will then adjust itself
by burning fewer calories each day.
Low fat diets do not work. Also, virtually every person in today's
society is buying mostly "low fat" or "not fat" food at the grocery
store, everybody is conscious of the "fat grams" inside the food they
buy. However, people are getting fatter than ever by doing this and
people are not losing weight by switching to the "low fat lifestyle".
Low carb diets do not work. Finally, the ridiculous "low carb" diets
have become popular in recent years, but of course those are just
thinly disguised starvation diets. If you don't think so then check out
these facts below about Atkins...
The "Atkins Diet" requires that you eat no more than 80 carb calories
per day for the first few weeks that is a starvation level of carbs.
After that it will take approximately 5 months before you are allowed
to eat over 400 carb calories per day on the Atkins diet -- and any
typical restaurant meal has more carbs than that. It's just another
form of starving and torturing yourself, which doesn't work.
We show you what dose work.

Here's MY advanced fat burning technique, and it goes hand-in-hand with
performance driving and street racing in my car, using the "1-2-D
Method". Basically, you are slap-shifting your Calories like shifting
an automatic transmission car like a manual transmission! Very Happy

Ok, here goes:

You flick your Calories to "1 = LOW"
For the first 2 Days,
You either do a partial fast or eat exclusively fruits and vegetables
and drink 1-2 gallons of water. Go high in fiber.
Doing this, you keep the deficit between 1,600 and 2,100.

Next, you bump your Calories to 2nd Gear, "2".
For 3 Days,
You eat mostly veggies and eat in a ketogenic-like manner having mostly
protein foods and pretty much no carbs.
With this, you keep the deficit between 1,100 and 1,600.

After that, you flick your Calories to "D" DRIVE, or DIET mode, to get
yourself into your normal healthy eating and workout plan for
'sustained' fat loss (just like you bump your shift lever to "D" so you
can get from 2nd gear to 3rd gear). Your deficit is in the normal
500-1,000 range.
Then you can go to whatever fat loss speed you want and go on your
merry way................to your goal....vrooooom..

Doing the 1-2-D shift method, you can accelerate your fat loss very
quickly, quicker than just starting out in "D" (where it just
automatically goes thru the gears).

And during the course, from "D", you can downshift your Calories
manually to "2" to speed up your fat loss quicker. And also if you are
losing fat a little slower than you want, you can POP your Calories
down to D1 for great jolts of pickup in fat loss (something I did in my
Oldsmobile Quad 4 to challenge other cars).

It's like a "stick shift effect" for shifting calories up 'n down.

Hope this was helpful....
