| Is it true that your abs are the only muscles that you can work out
everyday without resting 1 day between workouts? Do the ab muscles heal
faster than others and if so, why is that? Is it bad to work out your
abs 6 days a week?

The reasoning behind that is that to make your abs smaller, you work
them to exhaustion everyday. >> Stay informed about: Question about Abs. |

The abs are just as any other muscle in the body, and should be
exercised accordingly.

Jesus, and you say people on here know nothing. I don't even do abs hardly,
I let the other work outs work them... and I've got a great six pack. Abs
are made (wait for it) in the kitchen. If you're fat, doing ab work won't
show any results. It's not bad to do them, but some body builders don't even
bother and let compound work outs such as squats and dead lifts build them
up, and don't focus on them. I wouldn't do them every day, that's retarded. >> Stay informed about: Question about Abs. |

Dear Jay Em Duuuuh-booya,
Even your so-called friends don't pay attention to your little faq.
Case in point, what'shisface who - when I posted from my gmail account
- was somehow ~*AMAZED*~ that I had, what was it, "crawled out of his
bozo bin"?
Idiot.
Funny, though, you've got (or had) my gmail address posted in your
faq. Anyway, why don't you include it in your .Sig, dipshit.
Oh, yeah, this is me being accurate. That's not to be confused with
indignant, was it?

C'mon, there ARE no troll filters, these guys hang on my every word.
In the last week alone 4 people who alledgedy have me killfiled,
replied to me, Williams included. One now says I'm killfiled, but he's
writing complaints on all my posts. Then we have Hanscum who has me
killfiled, but says he has every post I ever made.

Imagine the nightmare situation for John Williams, that there is
no-one he can boss about at MFW. That there are no "trolls" and we all
post knowledgeably on-topic, and we all get along well and no-one is
ever rude to anyone.
What the hell is he going to do for kicks in that scenario? Pity the
poor people who spit on the pavement, or fart too loud in Wayne
County, Ohio. The assistant prosecutor at 51 years of age, will have
to vent his spleen on them - poor bastards! ;o) >> Stay informed about: Question about Abs. |
