fyi...
I dropped into a karotty class last week, did something new
(for me, that is). Get down into a pushup posture, about
halfway up, and hold it for 2 or 3 minutes (I'm not exactly
sure what the time length was). Keep the back straight,
don't sag. If your arms aren't strong enough, you can rest
on your forearms.
I do crunches 3 times a week, I thought my stomach was
strong, but this was intense. There must be some gain,
because I'm still in pain, four days later! I'm gong to add
this exercise to my regular routine, and cut back the crunches.

It's plank. Do it on a Swiss Ball for some real fun.
