Hi Guys ...

My girlfriend has a lot of trouble with sleep, and I just wondered if anybody might be able to recommend anything.

Although she gets quite hyperactive, or at least gets a 2nd wind before we go to bed (normally around 11:30pm) she never has any problems nodding off, and will usually sleep fine for the first few hours. But she seems to have incredibly vivid dreams that relate to things that have happened during the day, or that she has seen on TV that evening. These almost always wake her up. She then goes off to sleep again, but feels like she is woken 9 or 10 times in the night by vivid dreams. She never feels she has a good nights sleep. And regularly wakes around 5am and can't get back to sleep. She will then feel very drained all day long.

Is there anything people can recommend to stop these vivid dreams?

Thanks in Advance!

Hey, not sure if these will help but you can always give them a try. They are both natural sleep aids, since drugs won't fix the problem. Usually if you can get your body use to a normal sleep pattern it corrects any sleep problems.

This one is called Sleep MD and it's not too much which is nice until you know if it works - http://www.fitfuel.com/iovate-sleep-mdbrsleep-supportbri30-capsi-p-14376.html (FitFuel.com - Sleep MD)

The other thing that you can try is any sleep aid with Valerian Root as the main ingedient, here's some info on that - http://ezinearticles.com/?Herbs-For-Natural-Sleep---Valerian-Root&id=174286 (Valerian Root)

Hope that helps!

Hi,
I had the same problem with my GF a few years ago and now she is on the quick acting. I search out a product DermaSleep over Internet and tried a suitable course for her. I found her eating and sleeping are more manageable. You may use DermaSleep. I’m sure it will help to get control of her sleep and her life. It’s really works without any side effects. Hope this will help you!
Best of luck!
