NOP..!! ALL wrong..!! Eat nothing white.., low carb.., it's a no
brain'er.., start out walking 20 minutes every day.., after first week..,
start low free weights work outs 30-40 minutes every other day.., keep a
calendar.., and stick to it..!! No booz at ALL.., period..!! Give yourself
the FULL 98 days.., DON'T QUIT...!!!!
