The 1X a week Bench press Delima
Hey guys. Ive been lifting weights seriously and strictly for 2 1/2
years now. I noticed at about my 1 year mark that my bench press was
the only part of me that was lacking. And ive read alot about this
problem. Im guessing that its so far an underdeveloped part of our
weightlifting encylopidic knowledge. I guess that this one problem
area is just not yet really deeply understood. Im wondering what you
guys do to Boost/Stimulate your Pecs into growth. I dont know maybe
some of us have naturally strong pecs.. but from what ive read most
dont.

What i first started doing at around my 1 year mark was Bench press at
about &5 percent 2 times a week. It worked ok.. not great.. it might
have been to much excursion. Then i went to 1 75 percent flat bench, 1
about 65 percent declined bench, and also some around 55-60 percent
dumbell flys per week, spaced evenly. I noticed my bench improved.. a
little.

It seems to be a tuff area for some, and there is no definate answer,
that i know of!

It just seems to be a bastard of an area for me.

Let me know what you guys have done about this area.. Becacuse id LOVE
to know how to get rid of this damn problem.

Sam Turner

Delima?

What about decoconut?

Put the lime in the coconut, you drink 'em both together
Put the lime in the coconut, then you feel better
Put the lime in the coconut, drink 'em both up
Put the lime in the coconut, and call me in the mo-o-ornin'

Sam, thank you. I often miss my former life as a proofreader and, hey,
it's people like you who give me that nostalgic boost. Appreciated.
